Matthew McPadden and his team did a great job with getting me my diminished value on my one year old BMW X5. A person ran a stop sign and clipped my front end then took off. I had a picture of license plate. Police report gave me the insurance info for the other driver so I was able to get the car repaired through her company without paying a deductible.
