I worked with Dan Crance, Good Faith Mortgage, and Foti for refinancing our home. Foti handled the closing and botched it all up. They did not transfer or handle the paperwork correctly for our windstorm hail insurance which is REQUIRED where we are, so our fixed mortgage went up a year later by $500 a month after I had to explain to the mortgage company that home owners insurance is NOT wind storm hail insurance. Unless you are a expert in closing yourself choose someone else.
