This is the worst attorney there is. He literally put a chew in in the middle of my trial. On my trial date he wasn’t even a little prepared he came to me with a blank piece of paper and a laptop and said is this what I wanted to do. I had to speak for myself when allowed because he can’t even properly formulate sentences in front of the courts. He stutters and can’t keep his composure in front of the courts. But when it’s the client and him he can cuss at them and talk aggressively

Julie and Matt are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their areas of expertise. Great communicators and offering compassion in an incredibly difficult situation. I will forever be grateful for their assistance with my case. They went up against the system without fear and the truth prevailed. Their advisement was on point and I thank them both again for all they did for myself and my family.

Matt Lutz is a terrible attorney. He treated a friend of mine as though she was trash. He was supposed to be her representative, and it seemed like he was working for the other family. He met with her one time before trial and gave no legal advice besides telling her to go with the offer. He basically bullied her into a decision she didn't want to make. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you, please look elsewhere. He is judgemental and disrespectful. If I could give zero stars I would!

Great service. Staff is great. Matt first time I was able to contact him. Night before my court date. Call me after hours on his family time to answer questions. Great family company.

Sad excuse for a legal practice. These folks, Julie in particular, are ignorant to the term “communication”. Whether the court appoints them or you hire them on your own, you are NOT a priority to them. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money and opt for a firm that knows what they’re doing. I would rather a monkey represent me than any of these law school rejects.
