I am writing to express my satisfaction with the green card process support that Fragomen has provided to our company. All of the representatives I have worked with at Fragomen have been knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Fragomen has been a valuable partner in helping us navigate the complex green card process. They have been responsive to our questions and concerns, and they have always been willing to go the extra mile to help us achieve our goals.

I have been working with the Fragomen office through my current employer, and I must say that it has been the worst legal service experience I have ever had. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs, if possible.

Hated our experience going through the greencard process. 48hr automated email to answer any questions, were unable to answer basic questions, joined calls 30min late, etc. They did not keep track of our documents and we were never sure if our complete set of materials were submitted because they lost or forgot documents. We had to double check what they were submitting (after a minimum 48hr waiting period of course). Felt like we had to manage the entire process and the firm was a liability. Would absolutely not recommend and appalled by the client service.

I’m glad the whole process it’s over. They made mistakes and the staff was rude. After many months, I finally found a good person that gave me consistent and accurate updates.

Two of my former employers used this firm. During my experience with them: 1. They were extremely unprofessional. 1.1 They frequently missed SLA(deadline), often delayed each step by more than a month. In my case, they nearly missed my H1b case because they forgot to file LCA in time. 1.2 They were unresponsive to emails, and if they did reply, they replied with email template with no meaningful information. For example, "we will get back to you shortly", " we will send as soon as possible". 1.3 They made numerous mistakes on the paperwork. In my case, they used the wrong job description. 2. They were arrogant with their clients. 2.1 When they reached out to ask for information from you, they suddenly changed the working speed and expected you to give them all the information within a very short time period. Please avoid them if you could. Immigration is very import to you, and they really don't care.
