Horrible firm that is partnered with HOA’s They always find a way to charge you for violations even if you didn’t do it or already corrected it. They never answer the phone, call back, and only email back once a day. Absolute joke of a firm, scam artists, and unprofessional.

Wish you could give a 0 star rating. We sometimes receive letters for violation that need to be corrected on the yard like edging needing to be done, or tree trimming, etc. We received a letter for tree trimming and corrected it a day after getting the letter. This was end of December, 2023. Now, end of February, 2024, two months later we receive a letter telling us we didn’t correct the violation and that they want it corrected and also want us to pay a fee even though it’s been corrected 2 month prior to this letter, let alone not even receiving another warning letter just incase. Complete scam artists and like taking advantage of people. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Don’t let them take advantage of you.

How am I receiving a late fee of $600+ and being sent to collections when my 1st and only notice was last month? Also, the phone representative assured me that I could pay with the payment plan but their heartless email says that a payment plan would cost $300 extra. Someone tell me this isn’t real.

HOA made a mistake and didn't close an issue I fixed. This compnay sent me a letter saying I need to pay fines and legals fee if I don't correct it. Called HOA and fines are fixed. This corrupt company even though I wasn't in the wrong wants me to pay $100 for letter sent out stating legal fees.

Minus five star for me here. Frazier & Bowles has to be one the most corrupted Law Firm within Tampa Bay Area, most recent reviews can show you that. They followed standard procedure with 1st letters given to homeowners while taking advantage of a situation that happened at our community where homeowners had a system error on automatic payment with the management company, this law firm wouldn't budge and homeowners past due on very low amounts due to a system error- they were quick to send you letters over $1,000 dollars in attorney fees because a homeowner on automatic payment were past due over time on website error not charging new full amount instead previous old charges. A lot of Homeowners were frustrated of this situation and a lot of homes were placed on a lien due to fees that only very from $30- $250 in most cases. Very unprofessional, rude and definitely sided with our previous HOA president which was recall due to the same issues by not helping the residents with this issue and many others.
