Robert and his team did a terrific job preparing will and trust documents my family needed. Their fees are fair and their response time is excellent. I have found Robert Schwartz to be careful to ensure he has all information required to address client concerns. He probes for details, discusses potential issues/questions and clearly states for potential clients the work proposed to cover those issues. Upon ensuring the client understands and agrees, Robert has files prepared with appropriate actions documented, signed, and filed. While some actions take more time than others to be pursued through the legal system, he (through his staff) follows each action to be sure it is filed and recorded as timely as the system allows. Giving one star, only because we can’t give ZERO STARS. We had an appointment with Robert Schwartz, to discuss estate planning. We already had drawn up some legal documents and had them notarized. We were seeking his opinion on the validity of them and for any advice on how to protect our assets in case one of us requires long term care. From the moment we first started talking, he was condescending and rude. He assumed we were going to be divorced at some point and mocked us for being adamant that we are not going down that road. He basically told us we were stupid and to be on our way, that he couldn’t help us because of our ignorance. He stood up from his desk and opened his door for us to leave, without saying a word.
