Chuck Franklin is a great attorney, and a very smart & nice guy (so long as you are not the opposing counsel or litigant) He has taken a couple of small dollar cases for me at a reasonable hourly rate. My impression is that much of his practice is high dollar injury work, making me a very small potatoes client for him. Nevertheless, I always felt that he was very attentive to my cases. The first one was a contractor issue which I tried to settle amicably. Chuck ultimately got me 400% of my prior offer to the contractor/home seller ($10 k settlement was previously turned down by seller before I retained an attorney). Over a dozen years later I have approached him with another case. This is still pending but I continue to feel that Chuck remains smart, effective and attentive even to my relatively small dollar issues. Would highly recommend him!

Good morning, Chuck Franklin is amazing. I bought a vehicle and it broke down the next day. Chuck went after the dealership for months while they tried to play games and eventually won my case and my money back for me. Being a college student it meant a lot…. I was backed into a corner. I didn’t think I would be able to recover for a long time. If you want someone to sugar coat things for you find someone else. Chuck just gets straight to it. Thank You, Julian

Chuck Franklin and his team, specifically Josh Sene and Garret Citrin did a wonderful job of walking me through the entire process. They were extremely thorough from start to finish with every aspect of my case. They were easy to reach by phone anytime I had questions, and I cannot stress enough how much hard work, time, and attention they put into making sure this was handled perfectly. Chuck met with me in person one day after I initially contacted him, and has done a wonderful job of staying in touch throughout. I was always informed well ahead of time of any progress or change in my case, and Josh did an excellent job at my hearing and with the negotiations beforehand. He even went out of his way to give me a ride home after court. This firm is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend them if you are ever in need!

DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want to help him pay for his luxury cars! I had a meeting in the beginning with Chuck himself to see if we can even fight this DUI and walked him though everything that happened that night and everything I said and did. He looked me in my face and said I think we have a fighting chance so I got all happy about that and he then told me the price which was 4,000 dollars. At age 25 that's a lot of money! After a year of going back and forth we went to the final court date and they told me everything I'm getting charged with then me and chuck went in a back room and I asked him what do you think we should do and Chuck said id plea guilty because i told the cop when I got pulled over that I was drinking a little! Which Chuck himself knew that from the beginning!!!!!!! So all in all i wasted 4,000 dollars to just get the same charges! I had to say one night in jail then had to pay a little over 2,000 in fees and have a interlock for a year! So thank you Chuck for doing absolutely nothing but take my money! DO NOT GO HERE

Best attorneys I have ever had to use. Great communication, great at explaining everything in normal people verbiage. I highly recommend for anybody that needs a great attorney. I don't leave many reviews, but I think everyone should know what a great experience I had. I’ve had a case with them 5 years ago, and now just done my set aside with Josh Sene. Honestly I will use them again if I need an attorney.
