will call and harras you a billion times make a game plan with you then keep harrasing you more for a company who i supposedly owe debt to or you bought it they didnt have a proper phone number etc on file couldn't even reach out to me for little over a year they were supposedly searching for me i didn't even know i was behind on collections etc till i got a final notice paper in the mail for the first time and when reaching out to them found out they didn't have barley any info on me also to mention the people at this law office are unprofessional and rude instead of calling once a month on say a certian date they will wait till the end of the month then the next following month they will call at the beginning like i said very harrasing update : was told by last rep to request for a permanent hardship so is sent over email stating hardship etc and then never heard anything back from no emails for weeks to phone calls then when reaching back out to them they wanted to act like i didn't do my part right and also was told they weren't reaching out to me because i asked them not to idk why that didn't work the first 80 times they called me but now trying to get the rest of it settled and they act like because i told them to stop harrasing me it meant not contact me at all not all the time time bugging me twice a month about the debt at all then when i stated above how i was trying to apply for hardship etc i was confronted with supervisor asking me why i called in and was told oh we dont reply to emails etc haha like hello trying to see if my emails were gotten etc just doing what i was told to do this place is a joke and very unprofessional and the staff like to act like they are above everybody

I have been trying to contact this company to try to pay off an old debt and it's impossible. It's also very frustrating. I've left messages and no response. I called several companies that had the account just to be told to call this company. I finally got someone who played phone tag with me for a couple of days and now every time I call back it seems like someone is picking up the phone after it rings a few times and hangs up. This is very unprofessional.

Fred Weinberg is a truly amazing lawyer. He helped defend me from unfair and untrue accusations by my ex business associates. He was able to have me avoid court and the other side dropped their bogus case. He is very professional and responsive!!!! I would use him again in a second if I ever need a lawyer again. 5/5 stars

The worst experience I’ve ever had trying to pay a debt from over a decade ago. I mean I literally was reaching out to them to pay smh. They were unprofessional, unresponsive and gave misinformation.

Robo calls but never leaves a message. Should change their name to Frederic Scamberg.
