Frekhtman & Associates

After my husband was hit by a drunk driver, we turned to Frekhtman and Associates to guide us through the aftermath. They were consistent in being extremely responsive and explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Even when given the run around from the insurance company, they kept right on path and got things done, in a very timely manner. We are so grateful for their help and would highly recommend the firm.

I have been working with Frekhtman & Associates since 2017 and still waiting for my case to be settled. Alex doesn't return my calls and makes false promises. I could go on on about my dissatisfaction with their lack of unprofessionalism but this would turn into paper. I rarely post negative reviews because I like to give businesses time to remedy any negative customer service, but at this point it's been over a year since I've been waiting for Alex to return my call. I'm exhausted from calling and their lack of follow up. Update: I received follow up from the new managing attorney and Mr. Frekhtman himself and I’m satisfied with the update.

We appreciate the excellent work that the firm did to our case. It has been a long journey. Mr. Roitman was an extremely professional attorney, with excellent response time, and great work ethic. He was very personable by giving out clients his cellphone number. He answered our calls or got back to us in timely manner. He went above and beyond to gather documents for my mom with her citizenship application, Medicaid information and the trust account information. He worked closely with the office manager, Jennifer, who kept us up to date on our case. Jennifer took her time to understand our concerns and provided the effective solutions. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional phone staff. I called to inquire about potential retainment of a lawyer and was told to share the personal details of my case with receptionist. I didn’t feel comfortable, and she said to me she cannot connect me to an attorney without knowing the details. I have never heard of such a thing. Why would I share the details of my case with someone who is not an attorney? Hire better staff please, because you’re losing potential business.
