Craig Jacobson may be great with businesses but stay away if you have a personal case or don't want to spend a lot of money. Their website claims free initial consultations and having never had a legal issue we wanted a free consultation to determine our best options. When I called to schedule the secretary again assured me the consultation was free. After one letter and three months of waiting, Craig called to inform us our expectations where not aligning with what he does and that we would be better off to go to a small claims court. The whole point of the consultation should have been to determine that this was our best course of action. Craig charged us for the consultation and when we questioned him about it he said the consultation normally only last for 30 minutes so he would give us 30 minutes of money back. When I went in to collect this money Craig informed us that he felt we shouldn't receive any money back since he had done work he did not charge us to complete. I don't mind paying for the work he completed but I do care very much that he was not honest and forthright with us in any of our dealings with him. We will never use Craig again and would not recommend him to anyone.
