Initially answered my questions, gave me direction where to start. I got things in place as instructed. have been waiting two weeks for someone to call me back, or answer my emails. Going with another firm, only because I need someone to atleast return emails. I will do all the leg work myself. I am 1 1/2 from the estate and 3 hours from the attorney. I don't have time to be chasing the attorney to find out what to do next when a simple email would answer the questions.
They don't return phone calls despite leaving multiple messages with the secretary.
Just wrapped up a settlement with this firm. Good people. Rates were fair and they didn't get crazy with the billing. I'd use him again, though I pray to God I never need to, Haha.
Bought property and the seller used Funkhouser & Smith. Had a great experience! Every question I had they were able to answer or get in a very timely manner. Everyone I worked with was also polite. Didn't feel like I was a burden or wasting their time. Will definitely recommend.
