Fast and friendly, couldn't get anyone to answer the door but the office lady eventually came and let me in, and checked me in. Then dock guy showed up.. probably lunch time. But it was after 1... But he was very friendly. Don't forget BR number, don't slide tandems on their blacktop, u can on concrete at docks. Must slide to rear even tho it's a light load. Lots of room to maneuver. But watch employees, they will walk past your truck without care. They seem to walk from vehicles to the back lot. Right in front or along side u while your backing lol. Also the lady on the phone said the load wasn't ready, but it was so keep that in mind too. Check in forsure don't wait. Appointment 3pm Arrival 1245p Checked in 115p Loaded /leaving 230p

Fast and friendly, make sure tandem all the way down before entering the building.(tandem should be done on the side of the road)

It's not that bad of a company. They have pension and 401k when I was there. My only issue was they had a pay raise freeze for over 3 years. Nobody knew why. I didn't know if the company was tanking or what so I left. Gene and Jeff seemed like good people.
