Don Mathews has been my go to lawyer for many years! Don and Connie have helped numerous clients of mine with their real estate needs. They are a powerhouse and I highly recommend Don. Nick Galante is also a wonderful resource and has helped me as well. I will never recommend anyone else.

I wrote Mr Galante a retainer check for $1500 dollars to handle my mothers estate after she passed June 20th 2021 . After several months , he wrote one letter , made one phone call and since has done nothing . I arrived at his office unannounced to speak about the case , he was extremely apologetic, admitted fault and promised to take care of it .. fast forward two weeks and still nothing It’s October 27th 2021. I also have a handicapped sister who has special needs and has to have the estate settled to help her survive . He never returns my call … so basically stay away . I did nothing to deserve this whatsoever. I will be suing him for damages. UPDATE : he gave me my retainer back and asked for my forgiveness with a sincere apology . Doesn’t change what has happened so I felt compelled to leave this posted . People make mistakes but this was still unacceptable.
