Comes off friendly but Not a hard working attorney . I give her a 1 due to not knowing as much as she could about the case. Then having fun in the bathroom making fun of clients , while not knowing anyone was in there listening. Not Professional and jokes around to much to take serious in serious situations for people who reach out to her to help. nwould not recommend .

Does not fullly investigate the case . Not open minded . OVER charges ! She will charge you extra fees when case is over (whatever amount she wants ) , then will hold you in contempt if you don't pay her . Does not work hard , or fight like lawyers should . Not professional! Worst part is she doesn't remember clients names in the case . My opinion the reviews are from her colleagues trying to help Her with her business. Just my opinion , but I would not hire her .

I am a tech worker and I live in a different state than my immediate family. I contacted Attorney Moseman at probably the worst time in my adult life. My father had become vulnerable because he was in the middle stages of dementia and he needed help. I can't tell you how relieved I was that she was there to look out for me and my father's best interest.nnAttorney Moseman has continued to offer counsel even as my father has had to receive much more care.
