I absolutely loved working with this firm. In a very scary stressful situation they have made it a little easier to deal with because i always felt i was in good hands. I had the opportunity to have Donovan DeLuca as my attorney. He is extremely professional, very responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. He was early for court dates. Always came prepared. Always spoke to me prior to talking to any counsel making sure we were on same page and issues were spoken about that needed to be. He was very respectful and always made sure I knew what was going on in the case. He looks out for the best interest of his clients. He is the best attorney anyone could ask for. I highly recommend Mr. Deluca to anyone looking for an attorney.

I had a rather poor experience with Brian Bly. From the first appointment we had when he forgot the forms for me to sign. There have been numerous amounts of times when I would contact Brian regarding an issue and it would take days for an answer, sometimes he would try to convince me to agree with my ex and her lawyer for numerous reasons. I was told by Brian multiple times that “he was too busy” or that “he took on too many cases” if I would have known I was going to have to remind my lawyer about information and things that were said in court so he could take notes I would have never hired him. I felt throughout the whole custody process that I never had full faith in him to project my concerns and my issues towards the judge. Every single time I would contact Brian about an issue he would also try to play down issues. For example, I had contacted Brian just this past week about my ex keeping my daughter from me even tho the court order states it’s my weekend. The response I got from my lawyer was “I’m not saying you weren’t screwed over, or that you should just put up with anything she might do, week after week. But court should be more of a last resort, and I can’t recommend it as the solution right now. I hate to tell you know, because you’ve always been great to deal with and you’ve paid me a lot of dough. But I don’t think this is the way to go. If you want some other opinions, I can give you the names of several solid lawyers in the local community.” I had no good experiences while working with Brian. I hope some people may see this and avoid hiring him because at least in my experience it had only made my situation worse and more stressful.

Written letter to sue from work injury and the lame attorney made a sad statement about another client. Said no. Unfortunately her criteria of her non American ways runs her poor decisions. As if it never happens. Why America is in poor shape. Ignorance is bliss for them.

Very professional and fast. I was more than pleased with the outcome and would recommend to anyone including friends and family. Didn't make promises he couldn't keep but in the end the result was the best I could expect. Actually better than expected. If I ever need a lawyer in the future they will be my first call.
