I was involved in an incident with 3 dog’s. I called several Attorneys in Reno to see what my options were only to get blown off by them. I called Galloway and Jensen. I spoke with Casey and she talked with Mr. Jensen we set up a time to meet he went over my options. We talked about a focus group where 8-10 people are hired to listen and go over my case to see their thoughts. “Kinda like a small jury“ He does this so he is not wasting my time and $ but his time and resources as well. its been almost 5 months since i finished my physical therapy and they cant seem to get a hold of my medical records she even told me go and ask them for it and bring it to them. she keeps changing the story saying that the doctors office cant find my medical records, or that she has not received them. In my end it looks like they don't even care.
Was rear-ended by a Drivers Education Teacher who was eating and drinking tea ,sneezed and ran into me. Hurt my neck , have a lump in neck now. Spent 3 years fighting this. And walked away with $1800. Losey lawyer. Should report to Bar association. He was all about the other party. She's so nice, she's so nice he said..WHAT??? Would say anything like I won't take my cut. He got more than me..Do't Trust them.
