Galyn Johnson, PC

This is by far the worst lawyer I have ever encountered. It is very sad that she is still in business. She does not care about your children or your family. My best friend served his ex-wife with divorce papers almost 4 years ago. The moment he did this she withheld his children from him. He hired Galyn and in four years I do not believe she has submitted even one motion on his behalf. Her answer to everything is she “will talk to the opposing parties lawyer” I am pretty confident there was a conflict of interest. He has been an amazing father, present, financially and emotionally available and loving to his children their whole lives. Unfortunately the mother has a better lawyer who fought harder. In four years and thousands of dollars later the only thing he received is one overnight and a Saturday. His daughter does not even show up and no one holds the mother accountable for withholding visits. The mother has continuously disobeyed the court order, never paid her portion of therapy for the family, owes him thousands, and Galyn was not able to Even get the judge to have the mother pay her part.The judge shows Galyn no respect and neither does the opposing lawyer. She will not fight for you, she will pretend, and take your money, and then drop your case when she can’t deal with it anymore. She is close to retirement and I would not suggest anybody moving forward with this business. I do not make many Google reviews but this woman has ruined a family because of her lack of effort.

I recently went through a very contentious divorce, and I am very pleased that I retained Galyn Johnson to represent me. She and her staff, Marianne and Angela were always available to me and answered all my questions in a timely manner. To make my situation more unique, I am from out of state and her firm was able to still effectively help me. Very professional, caring, and understood my emotional state of mind. Very reasonable cost and I even received a large refund of my retainer when this was over. I highly recommend Galyn and her staff if you are looking for good, decent, and strong legal representation.
