Paul Ganim follows in the footsteps of his felon brother. My son rented Paul's beach shack when he was a student at Fairfield. Paul tried to claim that, due to covid, Fairfield's graduation date (per the lease the day before lease end) was the day of the last "academic celebration" (a thursday) instead of the actual graduation, the Sunday after that Thursday. Literally no other landlord on Fairfield Beach tried to pull this nonsense. When we balked, Paul threatened to sue. When my son and his roommates stayed through Sunday, Paul fabricated additional charges. Suffice to say, be prepared for Paul to enforce non-existent provisions in your lease. Note that Paul reviewed himself below and gave himself 5 stars...

I was very impressed with Paul Ganim’s professionalism and winning edge demeanor. He is extremely hardworking and does whatever needs to be done in order to achieve success. His personality is also very easy to deal with. I was very impressed with him and would use his services in the future.

When I provided him with everything he needs and I listened and applyed his advice I achieved a much better outcome. Better than the two other well-known high-priced attorneys that preceded him. I have used over 10 attorneys over the past 20 years and Paul is the good ones. He is well known in his circle of peers especially in the Bridgeport and Derby courts. Attorney Paul Ganim should be on anyone's short list of the area's Best attorneys.

I'm waiting on my money it's been 4 years

The worst attorney I could have ever had. He was a referral from someone w/a head injury; that should have been a warning. He cares only about money for himself and does not care about you as a client. Rude, arrogant, a real schmuck. Run away from this attorney.
