He produced several documents, none of which accurately identified the beneficiaries, despite the fact that we made those beneficiaries clear from the outset, and did so again several times over the course of the following months. We had similar issues with Power of Attorney and other documents. Emails about these and other matters went unanswered for weeks. High-priced services and low-quality performance.
