No Customer service skills. Person that attended me did not introduce himself. The person was very short with me and really did not provide information that I did not know.

Kristina is not professional she says she's a criminal lawyer bshe's had no experience in any criminal felony cases she tells you that she's going to take it to jury trial she took our money and she had no preparation or had no Intintentions of taking it to court

Unprepared for court. Lied to me and blew me off throughout my divorce case....never used any evidence I presented to her - rolled over and allowed my now ex husbands attorneys to rule the case. Walked away with nothing now I have to pay another lawyer to do the job she couldn't. She presented me with an outrageous invoice with not documentation. I am planning on suing her and filing a complaint with the State. DO NOT HIRE HER unless you want to lose.

Called for help or at least a referral , wouldn't even come to the phone to talk to hear what I had to say , wouldn't waste your time ... thanks
