Less than one star - It is not yesterdays news that the interpreters have a minimum of a 24 business hour cancellation policy. THIS IS THE STANDARD IN THE INTERPRETING INDUSTRY. The attorney cancelled my interpreter the afternoon before - He sends a letter well over a month after the fact, stating he is not going to pay after the interpreter was paid. I am sure the legal fees you charge are much more than what the fee is for a late cancellation. Things must be really bad! (ACTUALLY NO STARS)
