Their customer service is "good", but again that won't solve my problem. I was recommended to this attorney and I think that was not a wise idea to do. It's been more than a year and my case is still open without any hope to be close anytime soon. Their process is really slow and the communication from them to their customers is really poor. They never called me to let me know the status of my case.

I use to love to use their service. Used em a couple of times. I was upset that I still had to pay in court however, that is not the reason for my rating. I called to inquire about one of my cases and Fabiola, I think that's her name, rudely responded to me. I was very upset. They talk to you really nice during the process but when the case is over they get annoyed when you ask them something why ? Because they no longer working on your case and are to lazy to pull up your file. Sorry all about good customer service. Not good service so not coming back!!!

I been using their services for over 10 years never had problems with them of any kind. They been representing me for over 6 different accidents, they are ethical and professionals, I recommend them 100% .
