Gary A Miller Attorney At LAW

Gary is an attorney with compassion, integrity, knowledge and does right for his clients. He’s sharp and to the point. I usually don’t review anything. I do read reviews from time to time... when I do, I also do a bit of research on those who make the review. Some, not all but some have nothing nice to say about anything. Be aware of that. It’s impossible to please everyone. I personally have had zero issues with Gary and his firm. They’ve taken care of me through thick and thin. I highly recommend this firm. Take this for what it’s worth. I’ve been had by other attorneys claiming to help me, telling me “it’ll all come out in the end” only to have many things come back and cost me more than it would’ve had things been handled properly the first time. I’m certainly not the sharpest tool in the shed. With this firm I don’t have to be. I truly trust Gary. In this day and age, that’s a hard thing to do. Thank you, Brian

Gary A Miller of Miller Law Office contacted me out of the blue regarding a yellow jacket infestation in my apartment. He was contacted by my despicable apartment company, CHT Apartments, as their attorney. Apparently telling CHT I would call a building inspector scared them enough to hire an attorney to threaten me and my roommate literally a month after the problem was last discussed. My roommate and I had been seeing 6-10 yellow jackets (1-2 inches long) every week for 4 weeks. Instead of contacting me directly, he contacted my apartment to get their side of the story. Obviously the unlawful apartment company will downplay everything because they don't want to get in real trouble with the law. So, logically I have a MUCH different story than the apartment owners. Frankly, I am not sure where the apartment owners got their information since they haven't been actually living in the apartment infested with yellow jackets as I have. It would have been a wise and professional choice for Miller Law to contact me, the main subject of the matter at hand, as well as the apartment owners. On top of sending me a letter saturated with elementary grammatical errors and awkwardly worded sentences, Miller Law Office completely dismissed my problem with a seemingly inappropriate and very rude response. A direct quote from the letter reads "your hyperbole, disparaging remarks and arrogant tone". Hyperbole? I surely was not exaggerating on the number of wasps in my apartment (6+ every week) and I have lengthy documentation and pictures to prove this. Furthermore, I simply pleaded with CHT for a rent deduction because my apartment is infested with wasps, as any desperate tenant would do. Is that really worthy of being called a derogatory remark!? Additionally, seeing as I never contacted Miller Law in the first place, I am quite confused why Gary Miller from Miller Law can say I am being "arrogant" when we have NEVER talked before. The letter I sent was extremely professional and very well-written, not to mention edited and revised by a handful of highly educated individuals. Gary Miller continued to ramble in his condescending letter, saying our wasp problem and desire for a rent deduction "is simply not credible." An 'attorney' that has never stepped foot in my apartment and who has never talked to me once before CANNOT say the problem at hand is "not credible." That in itself is contradictory and hypocritical. I talked to a few legal professionals (actual professionals, mind you, not from the likes of Miller Law Office) and others about the contents of this letter. Each and every one of them told me this letter was full of red herrings and red flags. Very disappointed, unimpressed, shocked, and rather irritated with this dreadful customer service an uncalled for unprofessional behavior. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE if you are seeking legal advice or assistance. Addendum: Received yet another letter from Gary Miller of Miller Law Office. It was again extremely snarky, rude, unprofessional, and absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM GARY MILLER & MILLER LAW OFFICE.

Gary Miller is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across. Avoid at all costs if you can.
