I called Gary, as my mother passed away and I am acting as executor for her estate. She had done some work with him but I wasn't quite sure what it involved. When I asked, he said he couldn't disclose any client information. Fine, maybe commendable, though noone had answered with the edge he did. I then asked if I could send my official letters of appointment, etc., to prove that I was entitled and needed the information. Gary grew agitated, and became angry saying that he didn't know me and would only address an attorney. When I pointed out that his anger was unnecessary and misplaced given I was calling about the death of my mother, he had the gall to say that I couldn't be that upset, as months had passed.

First off, No relation as our names are similar. That being said i find Gary to be extremely sharp, smart and insightful on all of the subjects that I bring to him. Most times I walk away with more info than I had expected and moreover the confidence that I am in the right hands. Converse to his first review on this page, I find him to be rather gentle and calm. One time I wanted him to get aggressive and he told me there is no need for that; there wasn't. He's a good guy and a great lawyer.
