I was seeking legal representation for a real estate matter, I called Mr. Long after searching online and saw he had great reviews. Mr. Long called back a few minutes after I left a voicemail which was great. We made an appointment for Friday at 4 pm at his KCK location I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment no one was at the front desk. Then a gentleman asked who I was waiting for and I said Gary Long and he then said Mr. Long was not in the office. I called Mr. Long and there was no response. I patiently waited thinking maybe he was just running late however 40 minutes went by and Mr. Long never showed up. I left him a voicemail notifying Mr. Long I was heading out and if he could please call me to reschedule. Monday came and still no call back. I called Monday morning and never recieved a call to reschedule or for an apology which I find very unprofessional. If Mr. Long did not have time to review my case I would have been okay with an "I'm sorry but I can take your case" instead of blowing me off making me waste my time. I wish my experience would have been different.

Gary's legal expertise is apparent when working with him. I appreciate his efficiency!
