I was very excited to be represented by Ms. Gayden based on the reviews, but that changed when no progress was made with my case. I paid my retainer in June 2023 and went weeks without a phone call or email informing me of the status of my case. I had a consult with another lawyer after 4 weeks after paying my retainer because again I had no idea the status of my case. He searched the court records to see if he could find whether my case was initiated and so did I and nothing after a month. During these 4 weeks I was understanding I didn't call or email the office because I understand sometimes case loads can be a lot. During this time I was constantly harassed by my child's father. I called, emailed, and messaged the portal inquiring of my legal options to stop this behavior and no response. After 5 weeks of no updates I terminated legal representation. I asked for my retainer fee and was told by an office staff the retainer would be mailed to me on a specific date when the date passed I contacted the office staff who gave me the date and the staff seemed irritated with me like I had done something wrong. Ms. Gayden later called me with a horrible attitude and stated that I don't need to continue to contact her staff that they received my messages and calls and would process my retainer. I only called because I was given a certain day when it would be returned not to mention no progress in my case, if anyone had a right to be mad it should've been me that was my hard earned money paid to this firm for services. Lastly, on my invoice I was charged $275 for a drafted and reviewed petition that I knew nothing about again no updates but I was charged for it. Out of the $3,640 retainer I paid I received $1,910 with no case or progress!!!!

Attorney Crystal and here staff have provided excellent and classy service in the midst of a challenging process. I was well educated and informed of what I could anticipate during meetings, court appearances, and just the overall legal process regarding my situation. She spoke directly and gave probably outcomes, preferred and not preferred, so I would be aware of all possible outcomes. I felt seen and heard and it felt like they were sensitive to and cared about the outcome of my process. I’m so thankful for being able to work with them.

Ms Gayden has been the Best Attorney that I have ever Dealt with. Her and her office have kept me totally informed of my Case, and her Representation of me in court was Excellent. I would recommend Her to Anyone who has a legal Issue.

Ms. Gayden is hands down the best family law attorney you could ever have. I have recommended a plethora of people to her for her services. I have personally worked with Ms. Gayden on two different occasions in regards to my children. Due to her hard work, knowledge, and dedication I have my children daily and fortunately do not have to pay any child support. I told her from day what I wanted in both of my cases and she made that happen. I highly highly recommend her to any father needing representation for his children. I can’t imagine how life would be for me and my children had I not hired Ms. Gayden. She is relentless in the courtroom and will fight for you and everything that you deserve. I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me.

ONE star is far too much. I have called this law office and left messages 4 different times and sent a message online and no one will call me back. Very frustrating what is the point of taking a message and my information if no one is competent enough to call back. Very unprofessional, if your case load is so much that you cannot return calls then maybe you should tell people when they call instead of just blowing them off.
