Best and most professional law firm I've dealt with in a while. Attorney Gearhart was available and ready with real legal advice the moment I dialed her number. My previous employer was harassing me because I got hurt on the job. They claimed I was faking my injury and that I didn't follow the correct protocol. They also tried to get me to sign documents taking fault for my actions. I stepped out and called Attorney Gearhart who advised me not to sign anything. That advice got my medical bills paid and a nice settlement check because attorney Gearhart was able to take all the evidence and represent me without some document I accidentally signed voiding the obvious truth. If you have the misfortune of getting hurt on the job or dealing with manipulative employers, my advice to you would be to give attorney Gearhart a call ASAP!

Well, I dont exactly know what to say because the performance was so STELLAR! For starters, When i walked through the door I met Beth first.My impression of her was accurate, she was very GENUINE and informative. Beth presented me with various scenarios with realistic expectations and possibilities. Secondly, Beth has an assistant named Kristi who also is absolutetly THOROUGH. I appreciate all these two young ladies did and would recommend this firm.

Highly recommend Beth for WC claims! I was ALWAYS able to talk to her when I called and she responded to my emails very quickly. She was able to get us a very fair amount and did not just tell us what we wanted to hear, she was very honest! Would have given her 10 stars if possible!
