Unfortunately, Mr Schwarz along with his firm are in a position where Matthew D. Schwarz will have his attorney's license suspended, if not, revoked. I hope those residing at the firm will put up a more enjoyable rebuttable. -There's been a privacy breach where this firm, the property management company, super and board provided Social security info to outside parties. -For the past 2-3 years, this firm and all mentioned above have been scamming about unit leak. -This firm management company, super, neighbors and board continually changes unit locks where when shareholders are unavailable. -Changes of lock has led to missing money as well as possibly identity theft dealing with Social security, passport, and other documentations. -From analysis of the situation, there have been numerous tenant who have immediately moved out due to these behaviors. - Major state and federal fraud case in relations to banking entities that would lead everyone in this firm, neighbors and other affiliates out of business and years in jail. I highly recommend anyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with this firm.

Mr. Schwarz is the seller's attorney of a property that we intend to purchase. We are in the middle of signing a contract where the Certificate of Occupancy was just secured by the seller as per the contract. However, the repairs to the property (that which are clearly in the contract) have not been done. Mr. Schwarz has refused to do an escrow account regarding the repairs for the property in question. My attorney who is away at the moment advised me to reach out to Mr. Schwarz directly in regards to the escrow account amount. As soon as I called him, he said "I'm not talking about this. Good bye." He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never use his services ever due to his disrespectful tone.
