Real lawyer, and alleged scammer. He allegedly forges signatures on his allegedly phoney court docs. He allegedly buys debt and sends allegedly falsified court docs to scare people into sending him money. We called the court for the alleged case and they said it didn't exist. I know the letter came from his office and not some other scammer because it was sent to the return address, then remailed to my new address. Allegedly forging a signature for an allegedly phoney court doc could likely be found to be a crime. I have made copies of every allegedly phoney document from this lawyer and will continue to do so as alleged harassment continues. Note that I'm saying alleged in case of accusations of defamation. I am prepared to provide evidence to any interested authorities. If you receive any docs from this lawyer, call the court first, and make sure to leave an honest review of your experience, your word helps others stay informed.

Trying to get this company on the phone during their business hours is next to impossible. I missed a payment because I couldn't get to my account on line. Tried to make anther payment this week, same thing. Get a notice today that I need to pay the rest in total. If I couldn't pay it before what makes them think that I can now. Will try to get a hold of them again.

Just came here to rate and say the clerk on the phone is always a b**** even if you’re cordial and nice. But then again when you’re job is to shake people down and overcharge them so they can never pay off their debt for a medical debt that isn’t their fault they couldn’t pay I guess it does probably take being a soulless wench to work there

I wish there was less than 1 star I could give. They do not report any full payments to the credit bureaus. Instead, they make you send them a self addressed envelope requesting a piece of paper stating the balance is satisfied in full. I am sure people do not realize this so it is still on who knows how many people's credit scores further damaging a person's ability to get anything. I paid a 854.00 dollar balance in 3 months on time, every time as promised. The least they could do is report it to the correct agencies. Poor customer service, unless you are the person requesting the money. A truly horrible place to deal with.

Crooked collection angency. After paying $2800 on a old city of Toledo tax account they decided to garnish wages because they didn't think it was fast enough paying and took 25% of my check until the rest was paid back they don't care that they put you in financial problems. They are not willing to work with you. FYI back taxes for the city of Toledo from a company I work for that never took city taxes out. No idea until 7 years later then this company decides to come after me. Their phones will disconnect on you or leave you on hold without any answer and they wont send statements on a regular basis. only when they want to.
