Very hard time getting in touch with him, he doesn't like to answer any questions unless you are paying for an appointment with him. He also waited until the night before court to attempt to resolve an issue with a creditor, which delayed my case another no th and a half. He will also talk you into a payment plan that will benefit himself more than it will better you. He is very dismissive and hands off.

Hired Mr. Mitris some years ago and had very hard time trying talk to him, he would not return phone calls, when we did have appointments he seemed to rush us through the process....needless to say that his Paralegal is very rude, snide and condescending. We have recently tried to contact Mr. Mitris again and it has been 3 weeks and have not heard from him Yet! Do Not Use this Attorney!!!!!
