Totally AGREE with another reviewer. I have also experienced opposing attorneys from this firm lying inorder to obtain a favorable outcome for their client. The culture of this firm is the LACK OF ETHICS and professional responsibility, in my opinion.

Ms Michelle P. Quinn, Esq. Is not a good attorney. She does not perform due diligence for a 2015 HPD eviction notice dated June 10, 2015. May have been involved with collusion and coercion by EMP FSR NY. Under oath she stated that I call 311 and get fines. Questionable ethics and highly problematic person imo and experience.

The firm is absolutly the very best. My lawyer (Mr. Rubinstein) and his associates at the firm are not only extremely competent but deliver excellent results. Highly recommend!

In my experience and experience of my friends, Kenneth Rubinstein is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Horrible landlord, scaming tenants out of the security deposits with false charges and receipts. Unprofessional, unreasonable and disrespectful.
