There is no communication AT ALL. I understand that things take time to get resolved, but going over a month with no call or update is Absurd! I have to repeatedly send emails for them not to respond and when I call they have an attitude telling me to wait for their call. It’s been over 6 months and it seems that we are still at square 1. If we are waiting on things to be handled, a simple “hey this is where we are at, this is what’s going on” will suffice. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this firm .
I would highly recommend George Sink to anyone who needs an attorney. Recently, I called in and spoke with Ms. Nedra Bailey. She was able to take my claim, answer all my questions, and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I felt she was very professional and helped to clear up many of my concerns. I know she helped me to make the right decision in choosing the Sink Law firm !!
I contacted the law firm of George Sink after my auto accident. Unfortunately they were unable to assist me but the customer service was excellent. Nedra Bailey took the time to listen and didn't dismiss me although they were unable to assist. If needed I recommend George Sink. If the initial call was this polite and professional just image the service you would receive!
