They helped me find an immediate appointment when I needed it. Called them back and they were able to get me in to see someone right way. I do not know what I would do without them. I have to use several times and every time it has been a great experience.

Attempted to go through the service for counseling and it was the worst experience ever. I was given the number of about 4 different providers. The few who answered couldn't get me in for over a month or was only concerned about getting paid. Never once by any of the providers was I asked what I needed help for only thing they wanted to confirm was payment. I had to call C&A 3 times and each time I received an annoyed representative who just pushed me off to someone else who didn't seem to care. My first two was Brent who did seem genuine on my first conversation but not during my second. This is the middle man and they show it with there customer service. I would not recommend using them. Yes they do provide you with a few free visits but I rather pay and get the service I deserve.
