Lancaster police are the most rude ignerant police in erie county and possibly new york State. I was assaulted in walmart parking lot in lancaster with at least 30 witnesses and on many surveillance cameras aswell as walmart employees and lancaster police absolutely refuse to check cameras or speak to any witnesses including walmart employees that clearly watched the incident . The police did catch the asalent 2-3 miles away from where incedent took place and spoke with asalent for almost a half hour laughing and joking as i the victum was told to stay in my car as i was bleeding from being struck multiple times in the face . The Lancaster police officers spoke with asalent for almost a half hr before one out of 4 officers spoke with me the victum with obvious wounds to my face along with blood on my face from being struck multiple times by asalent. I spoke with supervisor on duty at Lancaster police department and supervisor refused to give me a copy of report. Lancaster police also did not charge asalent with anything at all an advised me that i would be wasting my time by filing a report against the 4 officers who responded to call. My advice to all that live near lancaster to avoid driving or even walking threw there town as they care only about them selves an no one else!!!

Well just over this past weekend there was a white family that slowed their vehicle so that their children could scream racial threats, etc to a minority family which are tax payers. Now I'm sure the incident was reported to the department which didn't want to further investigate the incident. If this is Lancaster residents what about police and fire minority residents. Case and point no protection nor justice, etc. People in Lancaster of certain ethnicity can stop there cars and shout racial words what place to live and raise your children.

This department is responsible for policing a large rural area, except for the West end of town, where there are numerous business on their side of a major state road. A lot of the officers act like they are policing a major crime ridden inner city, when it couldn't be further from the truth. I was cut off by another driver, and a young officer felt it necessary to pull me over and conduct a felony stop on me, with his gun pointed at me, forcing me to open my car door with the outside door handle and keep my hands up....for a traffic infraction. But wait! Once the Cheektowaga police pulled up (they share jurisdiction of the major road this occurred on) I was suddenly being charged with Reckless Endangerment, a Felony, for a traffic infraction! (Google Cheektowaga Police for more on my families relationship with them them!) So I had two licensed drivers at the scene, and the officer decided to impound my car anyway, costing me hundreds of dollars, rather than letting one of the other drivers drive it home. Purely out of spite, no other valid reason it couldn't have been driven away. Then they go and post my picture on Facebook, over traffic related charges, like I'm a drug dealer or murderer, so petty little children and ex-girlfriends can make stupid little comments about it. I used to be a police explorer during my teen years, and have 3 family members that are LEO's, one at the Federal level. It's comical to see what these little boys of the Lancaster PD will do just because they have nothing else to do. Hey keep posting my picture on Facebook guys, I like to read the comments from my childish ex girlfriend and old friends from buffa-hole.

Stop and Frisked. Didn't have to give you my I.d. without probable cause but I did anyway. Next time I won't be so polite.
