I found Bob Gerhard after 2 years of trying to piece together what I needed to do from what others told me. Though people's hearts were in the right place, they were usually wrong about the info they gave me about getting my mother into and paying for a nursing home. Once I had my first meeting with Bob, I instantly felt better. I finally found someone who was knowledgeable about my issue and would actually help. From that point on, Bob walked me through every step while being patient and understanding. He was always honest about issues and always had a plan to deal with it. Now that the process is complete, I would recommend Bob Gerhard for any elder care issues. Knowing what I now know, I would not have wanted to do it without him and I would have saved alot of time and stress by working with Bob earlier in the process.
