I've worked with several lawyers and I do not recommend Mr. Gertsch. He took my retainer and did almost no work at all on my case. His accounting of his hours was questionable as well. After 5 months of very little communication and very little work on my case, he then gave me a lecture on his opinions. I wish he had stated that he was not in agreement with me when he took my money. So if you are considering him, make sure he states up front whether he is on your side. I ultimately ended up having to hire a different lawyer and spent twice as much money.

From the first visit Oscar was great to work with. He made no assumptions to what I knew in the process and took time to make sure I understood all of the details. The rate was fair and the job was well done. I am confident that all my bases are covered and that's thanks to choosing Oscar for my situation. Strongly recommended!

I was going through a divorce, and feeling scared and overwhelmed and in the initial consult he spent as much time as I needed to discuss the details of my case.
