I've worked with Tony the past few years, as well as other attorneys in the probate industry that work for other firms prior to finding Gertz Law Firm. The Gertz Law Firm is hands down the most respectful, understanding & honest firms I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend them for anything Estate related, I'm sure they excel in every other area they work in as well.

I very politely and respectfully informed the firm that I legitimately believed my loved ones needed a guardian. Unfortunately, I was very correct about that. The firm charged my loved ones a couple thousand dollars to create legal documents that my loved ones were medically unable to understand. Quite a costly waste of time. Not only that, my loved ones' symptoms have gotten a lot worse since then. This is attorney misconduct.

I scheduled an appointment for direction on handling my mothers estate affairs. I was charged $350 for 35 minutes. The lawyer talked about the good old days in Reading, Ohio. The names and locations of long gone car dealerships, landmarks, etc. He reminisced about P&G stock splitting. My mother owned no stock. I basically got zero useful information. I called back the next day and spoke to an associate and received some information in a 2 minute phone call.

Payed more than I liked but Tony is awesome

Did an amazing job with out will and medical POA. He explained everything so clearly and to the point. No jargon BS.
