Mike was very insightful and informative of my situation. The consultation was free and although I opted to not retain the services due no fault of the firm he still went above and beyond to be helpful. If I had any active legal issues especially pertaining to firearms or 2nd amendment rights I would 100% reach out to this firm. Also on a side note, he hosts a very good podcast(Mike g in the morning) on YouTube that is worth checking out. 10/10 would recommend.

I have worked with numerous attorneys in my professional career and only handful standout & Mike Giaramita is that one. Moving to Pennsylvania I decided to purchase a gun & had some issues. I met Michael back in the summer of 2016 at a US Law Shield seminar. We hit it off right away and I learned that his dad and I played for the same football coach in high school. I learned quickly that Michael was devoted to his profession and doing what's best for his clients. I could see that he has a strong presence about himself and is extremely capable of presenting his case with authority and knowledge of the law. I recently moved to Pennsylvania and applied for a CCW permit. I was denied a CCW permit over a failed PIC check. This was back on November 1, 2022. I contacted Michael and he went to work immediately to correct my issue with the Pennsylvania State Police. Due to the holidays and PSP's backlog, my CCW permit was delayed for a while but I received my CCW permit on February 1, all things being equal, I consider this process to have been completed quickly because of Michael's hard work.. I'm not a person who usually gives recommendations but I can honestly recommend Michael to anyone without any hesitation for a honest, trustworthy and sincere representation.
