I got a very good impression after my first meeting with them, they seemed professional and organized. However, after a few months dealing with them for what I thought would be my H1b renewal and Green Card (two processes), they decided they were not doing the green card (even though they knew from the very beginning that another lawyer had started my green card). They do not answer to my emails and take months to process things that should be done within days. They make the immigration experience way more frustrating and unsettling than it needs to be. I highly discourage people from working with them.
Reviews are all true. Stay away. Worst service and criminals to say the least.
STAY AWAY from these vultures if you can. If your immigration case is being handled by them then you need to worship daily for good luck to come your way because the odds are you wont have it easy. Not only are they highly unprofessional but also least bothered and responsive on your case. They don't bother to reply to your pressing emails no matter what the urgency. In short you should avoid them if you can. You will really lose months of valuable time waiting for their response and your immigration case will get pushed backwards for sure.
Despite years of complains from XXbank employees, XXbank still hires Gibney year after year. Suggest an investigation into the procurement practice of XXbank. This law firm has to be the worst on the street. They are incompetent, extremely slow and simply do not care about their client. If you work for XXbank and you are international, too bad... you have no choice but to suffer working with this horrific law firm. Be aware of deportation risks!
Absolutely the worst immigration law firm who handled my case. They don’t care in any way about the cases they handle. They don’t even see their cases as actual human beings with lives. The worst people ever. Stay away and if you hear their name just run!
