My wife and I needed to have our wills updated and we wanted to look into having a living trust. We answered an add in the paper and an appointment to go over the details and answer our questions was set for one day the next week. Mr. King met with us at the appointed time and he went over all of our many options and questions to our complete satisfaction.nnWe agreed to proceed with the mutual decisions that seemed best for our Family. The documents were ready in a few weeks for our review and signing if everything looked OK. Mr. King went over all the documents page by page making sure that we understood and agreed with what was written. It was a very thorough review and everything we wanted was done. We proceeded to sign all the documents along with witnesses that he provided for our convenience.nnMy Wife and I are very pleased with his professionalism and the timeliness of his work. I hired Bobby King the principal of the firm to represent me in the acquisition of a business in Largo Florida. Since I used an SBA loan facility to finance this acquisition, the process was fairly complicated.nnWe are now at the tail end of this process with Bobby being appointed by Wells Fargo to also act as the closing attorney and we hope to close in the next 3 weeks.nnThroughout this process I found Bobby to be well informed about the requirements in business acquisition and Florida law and he not only provided me with good legal advise but practical advice that helped us navigate the labyrinth of documents, agreements and processes in an expeditious manner. nnI would certainly recommend his to anyone wanting to buy a business in Florida, and especially if it involved financing with the SBA.
