AMAZING firm & amazing people who are truly passionate about the people they represent and the work they do. I STRUGGLED to find counsel that would take on my guardianship dissolution case. Other firms would not take my case due to the opposing counsel hired by my mother. Michelle did. Michelle and Ian went above and beyond to work my case and ensure my daughter came home to her mother and new born baby brother. Though it has been a long process it has been a successful process. I was able to hire Michelle in the wake of the pandemic and when I met her in person she gave me a giant hug. The office is welcoming. The staff know who you are. . We left several foreclosures with this firm when we bought the loans since they had already started legal. Big mistake. After tens of thousands of dollars of wasted money in excessive fees and little progress we ended up transferring to another attorney. They overbill and underperform. They charged us for milestones before they were met (in some cases never met). Even charged us $1075 to set and attend a hearing then charged us $600 to cancel the same hearing. ?!?!? That was the last straw.
