In my Opinion ! This sorry excuse for a lawyer never showed up for 2 hearings & Judge OConnell gave him the judgement for a case in which they both Defrauded me out of money. In my opinion this CGDC is a joke. The judgement should have gone to me for Gilliam was a no show in 2 hearings & another Judge refused to give me a judgement good well knowing that they are friends and all know each other. Frig Ortho VA. and this is a joke of a Court System that is crooked & corrupt. What a JOKE ! I am turning this over to the Judicial System for corrupt & crooked judges. cc: IRS FBI & The CIA. Opinions vary and this is mine !

This Law Firm is the worst! They went into my bank account and frozen ALL my funds because I owed them. Mind you they NEVER sent me anything in the mail or did I received a phone call. My account was on hold until they received their money. No one should have to deal with such scrutiny and ridicule. They do not care about no one as long as it benefits their needs. I recommend you do not deal with this law firm. You will have lots of regrets. Do your research first. Check with the Better Business Bureau they're not even listed. Smdh

This a deceitful law firm. Communication is a major problem with this firm. I was on a payment plan and paid late as I needed a replacement HSA card. I was allowed to pay late without complications or comments regarding the payment but when I called back just 10 days later to pay the current payment I was told I could not payment because garnishment was pending with my employer and it was initiated before I made the prior payment. Why wasn't I told this when I called and made the prior payment? The account handler told me that she was not obligated to tell me anything. Her manager and the fellow managers are away at conferences for a full week and my concern can not be escalated. I offered to pay in full and was advised that cash or cashier check is only accepted now and that their Ironbridge location is no longer an option to come make payment. OrthoVA (OrthoOnCall) is in business with a predatory law firm that sets the payer up for failure by not properly delivering notices of debt and not properly communicating with payers even when speaking with them directly. If you do no value your clients and the recommendations of your clients, Gilliam Law Group may be great for your collection needs. This being said the bill will get paid in person, a receipt will be handed directly back to me and I will not ever utilize services from any OrthoVA (OrthoOnCall) practice or recommend an OrthoVA (OrthoOnCall) practice again as were not thorough with the initial billing to begin with; I don't even recall receiving one from them.

this law firm and the attorneys in it, break the law to try and get money. I brought to their attention that they sent a warrant in debt to an address my brother lived at 10 years ago, not to the address the creditor provided them. They cannot and will not provide proof that they even sent proper notices prior to legal action. I asked how they got the address, she stated a skip trace. Why the hell would you use a skip trace when the creditor provided you with the CORRECT address. After speaking with the creditor it was found that they sent bills to the child's mother, the child's mother ignored the bills (father never got the bill) so the account was turned over to collections. Father was the one sent to collections since he holds insurance on the child. Creditor also provided proof that they provided accurate info to the law firm. The law firm acknowledged that they dont know why they did a skip trace and doesn't care that they NEVER followed proper legal procedure to file a warrant in debt but says to take it up in court. Your office should be ashamed and you have been reported to the BBB and Virginia Bar Association. It appears your practices are consistently fraudulent and I have provided all reviews to the BBB and the Board as well since we are clearly not the only ones.
