My sisters and I were contacted in California by a gentleman that bought a parcel of land in St. Augustine from our now deceased parents 24 years prior. It seemed there was incorrect information in the survey that went unchecked until the gentleman was ready to sell the parcel in 2021. He and his attorney asked us to sign certain documents to straighten it out. But we didn't know if the request was legit, or if the gentleman was trying to acquire a larger parcel he was not entitled to. He checked the survey, got a new one done, got the deed and other paperwork straightened out. And got the three of us a modest cash return for our trouble. John was professional, prompt, and kept us informed while he did it. It was a truly pleasant experience.

We originally hired John to review a closing contract which turned into having us be represented so that we can get fully released from it. He made sure that the release contract is what it should be before we signed on it.
