I asked Mr. Andrews to file a motion on my behalf, was my attorney of record. He refused. I was not at original motion hearing for a divorce. I had no knowledge of because opposing council conviently forgot to mail fed ex notification. I wAs held in contempt of court and fined 50 k & 60 k dollars. Also, all motions submitted were approved I found out about that months later. I asked Mr. Andrews to file a motion for a do over several times, he refused putting me in jeopardy of all the motions opposing council filed. Never told. Mr Andrews said he worked out a deal with a shyster and she is known as such by all who have dealings with her. I received 50 k back and he assured me the 60 k would follow , it hasn't and I doubt if it ever will. The motions stayed in place and I was at a disadvantage the rest of the proceedings held in contempt for something I was not aware of. Mr Andrews was lazy and derelict in his duties to me when asked several times he told me it would not make a difference well it did. nFurthermore, I hired him to defend me in a divorce case he presented to me that it would be advantageous to do know. So, we burned the clock my wife was never in the room Mr. Ferrer was representing her interest. Unknown to any one she was doing her discovery and interrogatories while the clock was ticking the judge gave six months to submit she did not stop the clock to allow for a succession agreement . I used my time doing a succession agreement and not what the judge ordered. Of course it came time to submit I did not have held in contempt again and ordered to pay all my wives legal bills for the entire trial. I got screwed royally I lost everything to her I kept my home she tried to take but judge called her greedy and allowed me stay in home.WHAT A MESS THIS WILL BE FROM HERE ON OUT. My lawyer was a sad dude. Burnt the clock on me not allowing me. Time to. Do discovery I found out this after the fact that is why I hired a lawyer.nMR CIESLA YOU SHOULD AT THE VERY LEAST GIVE ME ANOTHER COPY OF SUCESSION AGREEMENT NECAUSE MRS CASHMAN IS PRESENTING A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ONE FROM THE ONE I WAD GIVEN AND AGREED TO. . Help
