I called on behalf of my father to let them know that my father passed away... They could careless all they want is there money.. Heartless

They say that they have attempted to contact me, but no phone calls or letters or any legal service. Just a default judgment and garnishment of alleged debt I don't owe. Don't know how they skirt the system, but they do. Now I have to sue them to get them to correct their records. If you have the same problem contact a consumer lawyer, until it becomes unprofitable for them to be so bad they will continue to defraud people.

Sorry excuse for a law firm. There just petty debt collectors who will try to dupe you however they can. Wanted my bank and job info so they could try and swipe it from my account. You will need to work harder to steal my money! I even tries to pay the debt off but they refused to even take it. There just playing all sides trying to get all the money they can! Call the original company and deal directly with them, not these low life criminals!

Set up a settlement with a payment arrangement and they aren't deducting the money. I like to eat lunch on my lunch break, not deal with things I've already dealt with due to the incompetence of others

These Bill Collectors are doing Slave work in a hot musty office! Thats why they cant keep collectors. Not to mention their compliance is soo ALL OVER THE PLACE that the debtors are angry. Call hold times are terrible. Inter relations in the company is poor. If they were handling my debt I would be irrate. #FormerEmployee
