Gloyeski Law Office

I recently just filed for bankruptcy few months ago. I am already getting messed over. I am being punished if I don’t give them my whole refund check and that wasn’t never the agreement. When I first started I was talking to Anita and she told me “ I pay this amount for the court fee to file and pay the bankruptcy firm I don’t owe anything else”. I have asked will I owe trustee she said “ no”. I have not been discharged yet and now coming to a new year the bankruptcy and trustee want me to turn over my whole refund check. They can’t even tell me why and how much I will owe, you know why, it’s because it wasn’t mentioned to me at all. If I don’t turn in my whole refund check to trustee, they will drop me and garnish my checks. This firm is not trustworthy at all. I can’t believe I let them manipulated me to take from me and my kids and I’m an single mother was trying to get ahead and do right, having a fresh start because this is my first time filling bankruptcy. Never again will I trust another law firm with anything else.( I do not agree what they are doing to me ).
