Yovanna was great and very thorough. She really made everything easy and created an efficient process. She was very communicative and explained everything to where I would understand it. I’ve had the worst experience with them. Poor communication is an understatement. On multiple occasions you have to remind them to move on to the next process. I’ve been dealing with the same case for over 2 years. Medical bills are now affecting my credit. I’ve tried scheduling an office appointment multiple times and that’s the only way I was able to speak with an attorney on the phone. Please don’t do it.
