From day 1 this law firm has been very diligent with my accident case. Seriously, from the moment I've called this law firm has been taking care of business. I was referred by a friend and then I referred someone too and were all happy with our services. My attorney Prescilla Bartlett has been moving my case along with excellent progress not only that she is very good with keeping me updated on the status of things and our next steps. I am receiving the medical attention and therapy needed with no delay and I am satisfied with what will be more than likely the outcome of my case. Really I have no complaints there hasn't been a time where I couldn't reach anyone or felt like nothing is being done and that's the honest truth. This is no surprise I met Godsey Martin years ago and was able to speak to him for a short moment before I needed them for my accident and I must say he is a very nice and down to earth person I feel his leaderships reflects in the firm.

The medical facilities they sent me to were very professional and organized. James Rushing at the Law Firm, helped me by getting the other insurance company to not drag their feet and he stayed on top of the issues, until everything was resolved. I would definitely use them again.

I would like to commend James Rushing, my negotiator, on such a job well done with my case. He wasn’t always on my case, but the best to handle it and communicate with me on the next steps. He was such a people’s person. Overall, I’m satisfied with the services I received from Godsey-Martin!

My insurance company notified me that they have issued a check to them over a month ago. However, I can not seem to get an accurate or current status update on a case that was initiated in Jan 2024. I have called and left emails in their case portal to confirm that they receive money or to simply just get a current status update. Their lack of communication or follow-up procedures do not align with the reputation or professionalism that they claim makes them better than other firms. This is very disturbing, disappointing and I am starting to believe I have been dupted.
