First of all it’s just Cinque, knowledge gaps bills vociferously omissions & misstatements of my case. Managed to nearly exhaust a retainer double that of others in the area with only an incomplete disclosure and no deposition. After first ending disclosure because he’d get me a great settlement he then called the same afternoon told me I had to take a settlement 50k lower than my wife supposed new offer. Which happened to be he opening offer before I hired him. He latter claimed I preferred the lower offer when I corrected him he said he must have been misunderstood.If your able to barowith use car dealers you might get 2 star work from this shyster otherwise forget it. PS don’t think he’s doing well mentioned I was getting rid of a 11 year old car with 280k & busted climate control and he expressed an interest in buying it.
