The franchisor had turned against me and attempted to push me out under their terms. I agreed to sell, but under my terms. Mr. Goldstein worked aggressively to get me 90% of what I wanted. While other attorneys shied away from a fight with a big franchisor, Mr. Goldstein did not, and the franchisor eventually backed off. I have been working with Jeff Goldstein since 1995 on numerus issues. He has successfully dealt with all my cases. He has successfully negotiated all my franchise agreements ( 6 ). His Firm should be the first choice for any Franchise issue

He offers a free consultation, which is nice, however, he is not responsive or communicative at all. We discussed our case with him and he said he would do a legal analysis, for a fee, and when we informed him we would like to proceed with that legal analysis, we never heard from him again. I’ve since found reviews on him who echo our feelings on his lack of communication or responsiveness. I wouldn’t recommend him at all and am glad we realized this before we actually spent any money.
